Chestnut Creek located in Marietta, GA is a lovely single-family suburban neighborhood nestled in the heart of East Cobb County in Marietta, Georgia. The neighborhood was established in 1980 and since then has been compromised of about 170 traditional American homes on a very spacious wooded lot.
Chestnut Creek residents enjoy the convenient proximity to local shopping and restaurants while still maintaining the “quiet life” off Davis Road. The neighborhood boasts wonderful amenities for the HOA members, including a beautiful swimming pool with a sun deck, playground, and a gazebo/picnic area.
They also have two community tennis courts.
Chestnut Creek of Marietta, Georgia has an active and friendly Homeowners’ Association, Social Committee, and Women’s Club. They also have men’s and women’s ALTA tennis teams and the neighborhood swim team, the Chestnut Creek Crocodiles!

Everybody loves the pool. It’s big enough to do laps and has a swim team. The diving board is a big attraction for the kids. Hanging out while bobbing with friends in the pool is always a good time. The pool is available to Recreational association members and a limited number of non-resident members (first come, first served).

Chestnut Creek Tennis
Chestnut Creek has had regular ALTA Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed doubles teams since the courts were built. The residents believe in playing their best, having fun, and welcoming players of all levels.

The Chestnut Creek Crocs is the neighborhood swim team. Swimmers are from 5 years to 16 years old. Swimmers of all abilities are welcomed! Many a Chestnut Creek child has learned to swim on the swim team. The goal is to have fun.
