North Landing Homeowners Association (NLHOA) members may enjoy the neighborhood’s 14.7-acre man-made lake. Fishing is allowed for members with a State of Georgia fishing license.

Soon swim season will be in full swing at the North Landing Pool. They hope all members with facilities memberships are enjoying the pool. North Landing’s pool is saltwater. Tennis Court
Membership in the North Landing Homeowners Association (NLHOA) allows the use of the lighted tennis courts for individual enjoyment as well as team play.
The tennis courts are open year-round to members.

Grounds and Park
The North Landing Park is located on a beautiful lakefront piece of property beside the Fire Station on Trickum Road. You can follow the clearing toward the lake. The Park has a great open field for playing tag and catch. It’s also a great peaceful fishing spot. There’s even a fire pit with chairs, a grill, a picnic table, and solar lights along the lake the best part is you can even set up a tent to camp along the edge of the lake.
